Unruly Stafford Customer Throws Water On IHOP Waitress

Officers responded to a report of an early morning assault at an IHOP over the weekend in Stafford County, authorities said.

Deputies responded to the IHOP on 320 Worth Avenue in Stafford around 12:40 p.m. after a customer in a group of unruly individuals threw water at a waitress, the Stafford County Sheriff's Department said.

The suspect fled the scene before the arrival of law enforcement.
